How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Homeowners who reach out to Utilityobviously Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • What happened when you called or contacted Utilityobviously Remodeling
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we put you in touch with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project goes wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.

Still, tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Utilityobviously Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@utilityobviously.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will tell you what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer leaves you unhappy, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
