Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Utilityobviously Remodeling wants utilityobviously.property to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Aim
We try to make this site usable by as many people as we can. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move around the site using only a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site now and then and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of this site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@utilityobviously.property and we will do what we can to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your comments on the accessibility of this site. Email contact@utilityobviously.property and let us know:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
